The referral pathway
Submit the referral
Use our online referral form or call admissions. Share the client's contact info and any relevant context.
Clinical assessment
Our licensed clinicians complete a thorough assessment and build a personalized care plan, typically within 24–48 hours.
Care begins
The client enters the appropriate level of care — most often our Intensive Outpatient Program — with coordinated support.
Ongoing coordination
We provide progress updates and documentation back to the referring partner throughout treatment.
What to include
Client name and contact, relevant history or diagnosis, any court or employer requirements, and a preferred callback number.
Response time
Our admissions team responds to referrals within one business day, with clinical assessments typically scheduled within 24–48 hours.
Confidentiality
All referrals are handled confidentially under HIPAA. We share documentation only with authorized partners the client has approved.
